Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
We lost our beloved Maureen two years ago. In the past two years the ALS Association has funded incredible advancements in ALS research, expanded access to care for people living with ALS, and enabled legislation that impacts the quality of life of people with ALS and their families. However, the cause of ALS and most importantly - a cure - remains unknown. It costs loved ones an average of $250,000 a year to provide the care people living with ALS and their families need.
That’s why we’re participating in the Walk to Defeat ALS. In light of COVID, we will gather again this year as a family for our own walk. To bring hope. To raise awareness. To provide resources and services to families free of charge. To help unlock the mystery of ALS and find the key to treatments and a cure.
Please consider sponsoring me. With your help, we will be able to make a difference in the lives of people affected by this disease.
Thanks so much.
