Share your ALS story with everyone you know and encourage them to make a contribution to your Fund. The money you raise goes to support our crucial patient services program, leading-edge ALS research and our advocacy effort on Capitol Hill.

There are many reasons to create a Community of Hope Fund – in honor of someone special, in memory of a loved one, for a special occasion or simply just to support the fight against this unforgiving disease.
