Why I’m taking the #ALSIceBucketChallenge this August

Sarah Caldwell was 16 years old when she lost her father to ALS. She knows all too well the difference YOU can make in the fight against ALS. That’s why Sarah is asking you to join her and participate in the 2015 ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Every August until a cure!

Want to save water?

The ALS Association offers these three ways to be drought conscious when taking this year's #ALSIceBucketChallenge

B Fill your bucket with an alternate substance like spare buttons, kale, or good karma.
